RETURNS POLICY

KNITDEE CUSTOM KNITTED ORDERS

We DO NOT offer returns on custom orders or Knitted Names orders.

Unfortunately, due to the handmade and custom nature of KNITDEE products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order is in production or complete.

If you have any questions about colours or style please contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING. Please ensure that the spelling of any custom names or words is correct, as items will be made according to the information given.

FROMDEESTUDIO PRODUCTS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24hrs after delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong items. All products sold by FROMDEESTUDIO are very delicate and are to be handled with care while removing and once removed from packaging.

If you believe your order has been damaged in transit, please email us full size images of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the damages.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
